Conformance Dashboard

The current release path carries a read-only conformance dashboard alongside the game, platform guides, and release dashboard. It summarizes scores, confidence, evidence, ingestion coverage, and compute spend without publishing the raw ingestion workspace.

Overall 8.8/10 Current measured release conformance rollup.

Foundation

Completed

Browser build, harness, public hosting, and release identity are in place.

Aurora's first public production launch established the initial live arcade slice, shared scoring, pilot identity, replay viewing, and the first real beta-to-production release ladder.

Documentation Hardening

Completed

The hosted docs set is now part of the release contract, with first-class project, platform, player, and release pages required for meaningful x.y releases.

The 1.2.1 patch shipped the dual-fighter survivor fix, challenge-stage bonus-stage numbering, game-over carry suppression, expanded carry-state coverage, and a clearer platform/application front-door copy boundary.

The 1.2.2 patch shipped runtime-loop hardening, restart-time async score-submit safety, a late-run ship-loss soak gate in the release process, and Aurora-scoped configurable bonus-ship awards.

1.2.3 Beta Refresh

Completed

Hosted `/beta` now runs the `f6ba6c2` candidate line with refreshed timing, movement evidence, audio correspondence, production-ready defaults, and committed quality artifacts.

Multi-Machine Bootstrap And Release Control

Completed

Aurora now has a one-command machine bootstrap path, a committed release-authority contract, and public-sync verification that includes the rendered root project homepage.

1.3.0 is now the live Platinum production family, bundling Aurora fidelity and trust work with the first public Galaxy Guardians second-cabinet preview and the first layered platform/application version contract.

Hosted /dev carried the post-production conformance review bundle: refreshed dashboards and public docs, conformance economics, application artifact scoring, runtime sprite capture scoring, and a measured calibrated ship-loss audio cue lift. That bundle was reviewed, accepted, and used as the authority-gated public refresh source.

The accepted 1.3.0.1 hosted-dev review bundle was promoted through hosted `/beta` into hosted `/production`, refreshing the public 1.3.0 family with current conformance docs, provenance, economics, application artifact scoring, runtime sprite scoring, and the measured ship-loss audio lift.

Hosted `/production` now carries the first deliberate 1.4.0 public family, including the merged Galaxy Guardians playable/conformance tranche, side-by-side conformance entry points, player-two and watch-mode review work, replay/trophy surface polish, and the next stronger multi-game release story for Platinum.

The accepted 1.4.1 beta candidate is promoted as a production quality release, carrying accepted Stage 3 challenge-stage keepers, beta sign-in repair, audio/theme lane clarity, security review refreshes, and release-preflight hardening into the production family.

Post-1.4.0 Second Application Proof

Up Next

Continue the Galaxians-style sibling work after 1.4.0 so Galaxy Guardians can move from second-cabinet proof toward a more durable standalone product promise.

Legend

Shipped Milestone A meaningful product step that is already live on hosted `/production`.
Release Discipline Docs, hosted lanes, automation, and release tooling that keep the public surface trustworthy.
Trust Fixes Small player-visible correctness and clarity fixes that belong in a focused patch line.
Runtime Hardening Stability and diagnostics work that keeps late-run failures visible, exportable, and safer before they ever reach public production.
Platform Boundary Work that strengthens the separation between Platinum and the applications it hosts.
Second-Application Proof The smallest useful gameplay slice that proves Platinum can host a meaningfully different game.
