01 Incoming intake
New SEI finds land in `incoming/` first so raw captures are logged before they are normalized into archive state.
Working repository for the SEI Pittsburgh era archive. The archive is now seeded and restartable: it has a continuity layer, a startup validator, and an approved baseline of localized SEI-era sources spanning a broader paper floor, institute context, and direct bridges into the Quack and AOL transition path.
New SEI finds land in `incoming/` first so raw captures are logged before they are normalized into archive state.
Stable SEI-era sources are promoted into `source-manifest.json` with dates, URLs, statuses, and notes that explain why they matter to the era archive.
Preserved local copies live in `historic/artifacts/archive-html/` and `historic/artifacts/archive-pdf/` so the era archive does not depend only on live URLs or the Steven layer.
`The Perils and Joys of Reconstructing Architectures`, `Software Architectural Transformation`, `Why Reengineering Projects Fail`, `Requirements for Integrating Software Architecture and Reengineering Models: CORUM II`, `Options Analysis for Reengineering (OAR): Issues and Conceptual Approach`, and `Architectural Evaluation of Collaborative Agent-Based Systems` now give the archive a more credible SEI paper-and-publication baseline.
The `News at SEI September 1999` issue page plus the current `Steve Woods` and `Jeromy Carriere` SEI author profiles now provide clearer institute and collaborator context around the publication lane.
`SEI Architecture Practices Propel Successful Startup`, the `A Short History of Quack.com from AOL's Web Site` sidebar, and the localized `Another Feather In AOL's Cap` capture now give the archive three direct bridge references from SEI architecture practices into the Quack and AOL outcome path.
