Current State

Era boundary is now explicit

`steven-woods-research` remains the person-centric layer, while this project is now the canonical era-specific deep archive for the Google Canada period.

First-source baseline is real

The archive now has a nine-source baseline: talks, interviews, official Google-era media, local Waterloo coverage, and both third-party and first-party transition anchors into Inovia.

Local preservation has started

All nine approved baseline sources now resolve to checked-in local archive files inside the Google Canada archive tree.

Continuity is restartable

The working archive now includes a living work plan, workspace-status note, dated recovery audit, and startup validation path so future Google Canada work does not depend on rediscovery.
